Electrolytic and chemical processes up to 99.99% (4N) gold purity, with silver following the fine-silver specification of SNI 319:2023.

Raw-material intake
Material is weighed, documented, and its origin recorded before it enters the refinery line.

Sampling and first assay
Samples are tested by Furnace Fire Assay and ICP-OES so the starting purity is known before any agreement.

Refining
Metal is refined at the SIER plant with process monitoring at every stage.

Bar casting
Pure metal is cast into gold and silver bars by staff in full protective equipment.

Verification and marking
Purity is verified by ICP-OES, then product is marked to SNI 8880:2025 for gold and SNI 319:2023 for silver.

Certificate and handover
Product is handed over with its certificate, held in the vault, or delivered securely.
